Trainer Natasha Beese will assess your goals and current regimen, then design a program to suit your needs. Using equipment like bosu balls, stability balls, hand weights and medicine balls, Natasha can help improve core stability, sport conditioning, posture, strength and flexibility.

Choose as many or as few workouts as you need -- she usually recommends 2 to 4 sessions in the first weeks to get you going, work on your form, and get you motivated. After that, you can continue with that frequency or cut down to once a week.

Or, to spice things up, bring in Natasha once a month to prevent boredom and plateaus in your regular routine.

As an added incentive, Natasha keeps in email contact with customers she sees less frequently, keeping tabs on your fitness progress and helping to keep you motivated.
