About Natasha Natasha
Beese is a certified personal trainer with BCRPA
(British Columbia Recreation & Parks Association) who has worked with a wide range of clientele, including those
living with chronic diseases, such as fibromyalgia and arthritis, to competitive
athletes, to individuals who simply want to make better lifestyle choices.
She also has experience working with the YMCA Healthy Heart program and
instructing fitness classes to people who are at high risk of developing
heart disease and/or heart attacks. Her certifications include:
"I like that I can bring functional fitness to all my clients -- and functional fitness is whatever the individual needs -- whether it's the ability to race an Ironman, lose weight, or exercises to eleviate back pain. I am a personal trainer and create different workouts for each person I work with."
